Open Rise
If Windows shows “Unknown publisher”, click More info and then Run anyway. Then open Rise from the Start menu or the shortcut and wait for the initial check.
Windows will show a warning. That's expected.
Rise doesn't have a code signing certificate yet. Without one, Windows shows “Windows protected your PC” and “Unknown publisher” for any new program.
- On the blue Windows screen, click More info.
- Click Run anyway.
- Accept the administrator prompt: Rise tunes Windows and saves the previous value of every tweak.
Only download the installer here, from the official site (risefps.com.br). If you want, check the published SHA-256 against the downloaded file.
