Who provides Rise
Rise (the Windows app, the risefps.com.br website, Rise Cloud and the Discord bot) is provided by RiseFPS. You can reach us by email at business.risefps@gmail.com, through the Support page in your account or on the official Rise Discord.
By creating an account, connecting the app or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
What Rise does
Rise reads the state of your PC, explains what may be limiting performance and applies changes to Windows, graphics drivers, the network, games and other programs, always after you click.
Administrative changes go through a Rise component with administrator permission, which saves the previous value before changing anything and lets you go back to the previous state. Recovery covers the changes Rise applied; it doesn’t undo changes made afterwards by you, by other programs or by Windows.
Performance results depend on your hardware, the game, the driver and Windows. Rise doesn’t promise an FPS increase: when it shows a gain, it’s because it measured it on your PC.
Requirements and compatibility
- Windows 10 22H2 (build 19045 or later) or Windows 11, client edition. Windows Server, Linux and macOS aren’t supported.
- The app asks for administrator permission to apply system changes.
- Each change only shows up once the required hardware, driver and programs have been confirmed on your PC. Changes in the lab stage stay out of the automatic plan and require their own consent.
- The app doesn’t have a code signing certificate yet. Windows may show the SmartScreen warning or "Unknown publisher" during installation. Only download Rise from the official website or from your account portal.
Your account
- You’re responsible for access to your account (email and password, or sign-in with Discord) and for what is done with it.
- Each person has one account. Don’t share or resell access.
- Some areas, like the forum, public profiles and the features with friends, have community rules. Content that is illegal, offensive, misleading or that exposes other people’s data may be removed, and the account may be suspended.
- Rise Beta requires a minimum age of 13. Accounts of people under 18 must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian; for them, the public profile and social sharing stay in the most protected mode.
Plans and what each one unlocks
- Rise Free: diagnostics and readings, monitoring, local history, benchmark, basic cleanup, settings recovery and the starter pack of changes. It has no time limit and doesn’t ask for a card.
- Rise Pro: everything in Free, plus the full automatic plan, the Windows, graphics card, network, input, apps, maintenance and privacy changes, the Rise Alert Fix it feature and installation through the Driver Center.
- Rise Plus: everything in Pro, plus per-game optimization, presets, Creator Configs, Competitive Mode, session reports and schedules.
- Prices, billing cycles (monthly, 6-month and yearly) and payment methods are shown on the website and on the Subscription page before you buy. The amount charged is the one shown on the payment screen.
- The features of each plan may evolve. If we remove something essential from a paid plan during a period you’ve already paid for, you can cancel and get back the amount proportional to the remaining period.
Payment and renewal
- Card: the subscription is processed by Stripe and renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel. Rise doesn’t see or store your card details.
- PIX: also processed by Stripe, it’s a one-time payment. It unlocks the plan for the chosen cycle and doesn’t renew on its own; to continue, you pay again.
- Cancellation: on the Subscription page, at any time. Renewal stops and access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- Coupon, referral, creator and Rise Beta discounts follow the conditions shown at the time of purchase and don’t stack, unless the screen says otherwise.
- The right of withdrawal and refunds follow the Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
Computers per subscription
- Each paid subscription covers one computer, unless different terms were contracted. The free account connected to the app also covers one computer.
- Rise recognizes the same computer through codes derived from its hardware. If you format the PC, just sign in again with the same account. To use it on another PC, free the slot under Devices in the account portal.
- Connecting the free account to the app requires a linked Discord account and membership in the official Rise server. If you leave the server, the app asks you to connect again.
Rise Beta
- Anyone with the beta tester role confirmed on the official Discord can activate Rise Plus for 6 months, once per account, free of charge. If you already have a paid Rise Plus, the months are saved for later.
- While the role is active, you get a 25% discount on plans.
- The Beta Tester badge appears on the forum, in your account and in the app’s community, and is only removed if the benefit is revoked.
- At the end of the period, the account goes back to Rise Free unless you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically.
- The benefit may be revoked in case of fraud, resale or violation of these Terms.
What isn’t allowed
- Copying, decompiling, modifying, reselling or redistributing the app, except where the law allows it.
- Getting around the computer limit, the plan or the license check.
- Using Rise to attack, overload or access without authorization Rise Cloud, the website or other users.
- Using Rise to gain an unfair advantage in games. Rise doesn’t inject code into games or touch anti-cheat, and it shouldn’t be combined with tools that do.
Changes you choose and limits of liability
Changes that reduce security (for example, Windows protection features) never go into the automatic plan. When they exist, they stay as your choice, with an explanation of the risk and your consent.
Before touching the BIOS, Rise checks BitLocker and asks for your consent. Rise never writes firmware. Drivers are only installed from Windows Update or from official packages signed by the manufacturer, after you click and with a restore point.
We recommend keeping a backup of your files. To the extent permitted by law, Rise isn’t liable for losses caused by hardware failures, third-party programs, changes made outside Rise or use that doesn’t follow these Terms. Nothing here removes rights that the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) guarantees you.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Rise and ask for your account to be deleted whenever you want (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice whenever possible. If the termination isn’t caused by you, we refund the amount proportional to the paid and unused period.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version date appears at the top. Relevant changes are announced in the app, on the website or by email before they take effect. If you don’t agree, you can cancel at no additional cost.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor), the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet) and the General Data Protection Law (LGPD). The courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
