In your Rise account, use Download Rise, including on Free. Only download from the official website and, if you want, compare the SHA-256 published in the downloads area with the file you got. Rise doesn’t have a code signing certificate yet, so Windows shows SmartScreen with “Unknown publisher”: click More info and then Run anyway. Next, accept the administrator prompt; Rise adjusts Windows and keeps the previous value of every tweak. The app gives you full diagnostics and the starter pack without a paid subscription.
