With a card, open Account > Subscription and click Cancel. Rise asks for the reason (it’s optional and goes straight to the team) and shows the alternatives available for your account, like pausing a monthly subscription for 30 days, once every 6 months.
Once you confirm, renewal stops right away and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. After that, paid access ends, the app’s license on your PC ends with it and Rise undoes the optimizations it applied; your account stays. Changed your mind before the date? Reactivate it on the same page.
With PIX, the payment is one-time and doesn’t renew: there’s nothing to cancel. Older Mercado Pago subscription: ask to cancel through a ticket on Discord.
